If Google, Yahoo, or Microsoft wants to buy your site will you sell it?

I know this might be a stupid question but if ever everyone’s dream comes true, that your brilliant website idea (that gives you an above decent income) wants to be bought by the internet giants for insane amounts of cash, will you actually sell it or keep it to yourself so you will have recurring income instead of one lump sum of cash?
