Forbidden error during apache configuration

Hi,

I'm trying to configure Apache web server on my Solaris 9 box. I'm not
sure why i'm getting this when i try to access the url like this.

http://localhost/


Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/1.3.26 Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 80

Immediate help is highly appreciated.
